Returns and refunds

We want every Song Jin piece to arrive as expected.

Ready-to-ship items

Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Made-to-order and customized pieces

Because these pieces are made to your selected form, color direction, and finishes, they are final sale for change-of-mind. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from your order.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Email support@gambits.top within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.

Return shipping

For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not started. After production begins, made-to-order items cannot be cancelled.
