Production and dispatch

Ready-to-ship items are normally dispatched within 2–3 business days. Made-to-order pieces normally require 7–14 business days before dispatch. If an order contains both types, it will normally ship together when the made-to-order piece is ready.

Japan

Tracked shipping is $5.95. Estimated delivery is 6–10 business days after dispatch.

Australia

Tracked shipping is $7.95. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Free shipping

Orders of $59 or more qualify for free tracked shipping to Japan and Australia.

United States and other destinations

Checkout is not currently available for the United States or other destinations. Additional destinations will open after our initial delivery route is stable.

Tracking

A tracking link will be emailed after dispatch. Carrier scans may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Unless checkout expressly states that duties and taxes are included, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

Addresses and delays

Please check the delivery address before completing checkout. Address changes are possible only before dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; customs inspections, local holidays, weather, and carrier disruptions may cause delays.
