Terms of service

These Terms govern your use of the Song Jin Atelier online store. By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked at checkout.

Products and handmade variation

Our accessories are handmade in small batches using available Song Jin brocade. Pattern placement, color balance, and minor measurements may vary from photographs. These variations are part of the handmade character of each piece and are not defects.

Made-to-order choices

Customers select a form, color direction, cord or chain, metal tone, and optional accents. A specific fabric motif cannot be guaranteed. We may contact you before production if a selected combination is unavailable.

Orders and payment

Orders are accepted when payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation is issued. We may cancel and refund an order if pricing is incorrect, materials are unavailable, fraud is suspected, or the order cannot be shipped to the provided address.

Production and delivery

Ready-to-ship items are normally dispatched within 2–3 business days. Made-to-order items normally require 7–14 business days before dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, carriers, or events outside our control.

Duties and taxes

Unless checkout expressly states that duties or taxes are included, the customer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs charges assessed by the destination country.

Returns and cancellations

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled under our Return and refund policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Store content

Text, photographs, graphics, product designs, and other store content may not be copied, republished, or commercially used without written permission.

Accuracy and availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep product, price, and availability information accurate. We do not guarantee that the store will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. The version in effect when an order is placed applies to that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Song Jin Atelier is established, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s place of residence.
